By accessing napei.org or enrolling in any NAPEI program, you agree to the following terms.
Enrollment and Payment
Tuition for NAPEI programs is due in full at the time of enrollment. Access to course materials is granted upon receipt of payment. Tuition amounts are subject to change. The amount displayed at the time of your enrollment is the amount you will be charged.
Refund Policy
Students are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided they have not completed more than the first module of the enrolled program. No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the date of purchase or after completion of the first module, whichever occurs first.
Course Access
Upon enrollment, students receive access to their program materials for the duration of the program. Course content is proprietary to the North American Professional Education Institute and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.
Conduct
Students are expected to engage with NAPEI programs professionally and in good faith. NAPEI reserves the right to revoke enrollment without refund in cases of misconduct, dishonesty, or violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
NAPEI reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
